Abstracts Submission Guidelines
| • | The abstract must be submitted online. |
| • | Presenting author to be highlighted in bold and underline. |
| • | Title should be in bold letters. |
| • | Use the Font type Times New Roman and Font Size 12. |
| • | The maximum character limit, excluding the title, and name of the author(s) and their institution, is 250-300 words. Spaces are not counted. |
| • | Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted. |
| • | CONTENT: The submitted abstracts must contain the following: |
| - Objectives: State the main objective of the study | |
| - Materials and methods: Briefly describe the design of the study and how it was conducted | |
| - Results: Present the main results with appropriate statistics Conclusion: Limit the conclusions to those that are directly supported by the results | |
| • | Registration is mandatory for all delegates presenting their papers. |
| • | The abstract author will be notified by email about its acceptance and other details. |
| • | Accepted presenters must adhere to deadlines and guidelines, and they must promptly respond to communication. |
| • | The five best Abstracts and two abstract from Physicist (as decided by the Scientific Commitee) will then be invited for oral presentation. All selected candidates should therefore, also be ready with power point presentation of their paper. You will be allowed 7 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes for Q&A. |
| • | Candidates from outstation with selected abstract for oral presentation will be provided complimentary to and fro and accommodation facility. |
| • | Last Date of Abstract submission is 15th April, 2017 |
